Getting There

There are daily flights from most UK airports to Geneva. Flights take around 2 hours and some very competitive fares can be obtained if you book early.

At Geneva airport, either hire a car or take a direct train to Sion, which is in the valley directly below Haute Nendaz. The train station is within the airport building and there are regular trains to Sion.

On the train relax and enjoy the fantastic views of Lake Lausanne. For those guests taking the train the transfer from the station in Sion to the Chalet takes less than 30 minutes.

If you decide to hire a car and drive from Geneva to Chalet Jacque the journey should take no more than 2 hours (driving at comfortable speeds). The route is all motorway from Geneva to Sion, where you exit and begin your ascent to Haute Nendaz and Chalet Jacque.

The cost of flights, hire car and trains are not included in the quoted holiday costs and you should book directly with the airline, car hire firm or train company.

On reaching Les Cleves, which is a small area of chalets above Haute Nendaz, adjacent to the main piste, you will travel through a newly constructed tunnel under the pistes.

The area around Chalet Jacque is beautiful and tranquil. This year, in conjunction with the other chalet owners and the proprietors of the local restaurant, Hameau Les Cleves, we have decided to keep the area around the chalets vehicle free. This also means that we retain our ski out facility.

To transfer you the last 300 metres from the car park to the chalet we have a hired a Hagglunds, which will be available from early morning until late evening free of charge to our guests.

We think that this will preserve the beautiful area around the chalets and make your holiday that little bit more special.
