Your Hosts

We are delighted to introduce Kate and Dan as your hosts for the 2010 / 11 season and are sure that they will continue the very high standards that our guests have enjoyed in previous years. Dan and Kate both graduated from Leeds University, where Kate studied Psychology and Dan studied Sports Science. Kate has gone on to complete a post graduate course in teaching at the University of Warwick. They have spent last year travelling around the world and visited many exotic locations including Nepal, Vietnam, China and New Zealand. At the end of the season Kate will resume her career as a science teacher and Dan will commence his career as a personal trainer. When we met Kate and Dan we were impressed by their warm personalities and understanding of customer care. Dan will be attending the specialist alpine catering school, Orchard Cookery, so that once again you can look forward to the very best food.
