Your Hosts

Your hosts at Chalet Jacque for the 2008 / 2009 season are Mel and Adam who are friends of Jade and Joe, last season's hosts. Mel and Adam have just graduated from Swansea University, where they studied sports science and economics.

Mel will be your chef. Having run chalets before university she is an experienced cook. However, like last year's host, we will send Mel to Orchard Cookery, specialists in training alpine cooking skills, to ensure the highest levels of cuisine during your stay with us. Adam is also an experienced cook and so Mel will have plenty of help in the kitchen.

Both Mel and Adam are excellent skiers and are enthusiastically looking forward to their season at Chalet Jacque as hosts, before going on to Sandhurst. They are a very warm couple, who we are confident will ensure that you have a wonderful holiday with us.
